Returns & Refunds
All goods sold are non-refundable.
However, we do offer a 7 day return/exchange for our valued customer.
We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges – there are no exceptions to this.
Flexi-Motion reserves the right to refuse any exchange/return.
Exchanges request must be made within seven (7) working days starting from the day the goods are delivered to you via email.
Exchanges shall be conducted at our Head Office.
You may return your order (or items) for any of the following reasons:
- Your product does not match the website specifications or description.
- You received the wrong item
- For products that are defective or damaged upon arrival, please email us with photo proof.
And the general requirements for returns are as follows:
- You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
- The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original, unopened packaging.
- The product must not have been used or installed.
*One exchange is allowed per purchase. The exchange product will not be eligible for further exchange unless faulty.
In the event that the item is out-of-stock, you can opt to exchange for any other available item or choose to wait for the stocks to arrive.
For exchanges to other available items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount.
For exchanges to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.
Gift cards, coupons or third party merchants’ vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind or to any other vouchers.
Flexi-Motion provide a warranty of two (2) years from the date of delivery.
During the warranty period, Flex-Motion will replace at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective due to improper materials or workmanship.
Flexi-Motion will take no liability or claims for any damages done due to customer’s individual negligence.
Customers are recommended to read through the user manual before using/installing the product correctly.
All products to be exchanged shall be brought down to our Head Office and not to be mailed over.
We will not be responsible for any of the shipping costs for returning your item.
